Our Story

Venture Living started with a single condo and a twelve hour time difference. Tanan Kesornbua bought his first unit in Bangkok while working as a data engineer in Canada, then set about running it from the other side of the world. He learned the whole process the slow way: the foreign quota rules, the remittance paperwork, the Land Office transfer, then furnishing a unit he could not walk into and finding tenants for it from a different continent.

It worked. The condo earned, and it was there whenever he flew home. What struck him was how few people knew this was even possible. Friends in Canada assumed foreigners could not own property in Thailand at all. That gap between what Bangkok actually offers and what people abroad believe about it is what started TananBnB, a management company built for owners who do not live in the same country as their property.

Venture Living is the next step. Tanan is assembling a team of realtors and property managers so the entire journey sits under one roof: finding the right unit, handling the purchase, furnishing it, and running it once you own it. The aim is simple. Make owning a condo in Bangkok something you can actually do from anywhere, rather than something you only read about.
