Venture Living was born from lived experience. As overseas condo owners ourselves, we once faced the same frustrations our clients now bring to us: how to keep a Bangkok property secure, flexible, and profitable while living abroad. The answer came when we discovered the potential of renting our own condo on Airbnb. Not only did it maximize income, but it also allowed us to enjoy personal stays whenever we returned to Thailand.

That firsthand journey opened our eyes to a gap in the market. Too often, international owners were stuck with rigid long-term leases or unreliable short-term arrangements. At the same time, Bangkok’s growing expat and professional community struggled to find quality, furnished rentals for one to three months, a stay length poorly served by the traditional market.

Our Mission is to provide overseas property owners with a seamless, flexible, and profitable Airbnb management service, while giving expats and mid-term renters in Bangkok access to beautifully furnished, flexible stays that fit their modern lifestyle.
