What is Venture Living Service Fee?

Our service fee starts at 20% which all communication, cleaning, and maintanance. You could sit back and relax just how your would rent the place on a long-term lease but with the flexibility and higher yield.

How is Venture Living different from using a regular agent?

Traditional agents only place tenants. We operate as your full-service partner—handling guest marketing, monthly rental operations, maintenance, and financial reporting. As an overseas owner, you’ll never have to deal with tenant issues or the stress of managing from afar.

Do you offer any income guarantee?

We can guarantee that a minimum payout for a month of booking will be higher than the long-term rental rate.

How much rental income can I expect?

What’s the length of the management contract?

Our service agreement requires a minimum of 6 months to partner with us. After that, you can give us 2 months notice to end the contract.

Do you rent my condo short-term?

No. We focus exclusively on stays of 1 month or longer, ideal for corporate clients and long-stay travelers. This avoids the churn and risk of nightly rentals while keeping occupancy high.

Who are the guests staying in my property?

We work with vetted corporate travelers, expats, and long-term leisure guests who prefer a “home feel” over hotels. Every booking is screened carefully to protect your property.

Can I block dates for my own use?

Absolutely. One advantage of our monthly rental model is that you can reserve your condo for personal stays with advance notice.

Does my condo need to be furnished?

Yes, we require fully furnished units with the essentials guests expect. If your unit is unfurnished, we’ll guide you on required items—or handle the entire furnishing and styling process for you.

What if a guest damages my property?

We collect a deposit or secure insurance for every stay. Our team inspects your condo at check-in and check-out, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear are claimed directly from the guest.

Who pays for utilities and internet?

We handle and pay for all utilities, internet, and related bills—one less thing for you to manage from overseas.

Who takes care of cleaning?

Our housekeeping team cleans and inspects your property regularly at our cost, keeping it guest-ready at all times.

Are there any other costs for me?

Owners typically cover the one-time costs to get the property ready (repairs, furniture, appliances, linens if required). Ongoing costs are limited to normal maintenance like A/C servicing or appliance replacement due to wear and tear.
